Manufacturing Process

Slitting & Cut-To-Size Lamination

1
Raw Material Receipt and Inspection
> Receive raw materials and conduct physical inspections.

> Perform magnetic material testing in our testing lab to verify material compliance with order specifications.
2
Material Selection and Slitting Plan
> Select the appropriate material grade and create a slitting plan for optimal utilization.

> Slit mother coils to the required sizes.
3
Shearing, Notching, Hole Punching, and Annealing
> Use Automatic CNC Cut to Length Line machine or manual shearing for precise cutting.

>Perform notching, hole punching, and stress relief annealing (at 780°C-820°C) according to client specifications or design requirements.
4
Fabrication of Cut-To-Length Line
> Fabricate an Automatic CNC Cut to Length line, either in a conventional type or step lap type configuration.
5
Final Inspection and Testing
> Conduct a final inspection to ensure manufacturing tolerances comply with IS 3024 and meet client requirements.

> Check core losses on the finalized laminations and issue test certificates.
6
Mechanical and Electrical Testing
> Test for mechanical dimensions and electrical values to generate test certificates.
7
Packing
> Properly pack the lamination for transportation.
