1996
Inception
- Founded in 1996 under the leadership of Mr. Nilesh Patel.
- Augmented production capacity through infrastructure expansion.
- Experienced swift and substantial growth in revenue.
2000
Foundation
- Creation of contemporary production facilities for Toroidal Cores in Por (Dist. Vadodara)
- Implementation of state-of-the-art slitting machines for precise coil cutting.
- Cultivation of a global reputation through adept procurement and sales practices.
- Establishment of industry benchmarks in quality, delivery, and prompt service.
2006
Innovation
- Successfully pioneered mass production techniques for cores and laminations.
- Erected a massive 60,000 sq. ft. production facility on a three-acre plot in Por (Dist. Vadodara) within a rapid six-month timeframe.
2010
Expansion
- Implemented a comprehensive range of manufacturing systems, including fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual processes at Por-Unit-II.
- Significantly increased the workforce from 150 to 350 employees, operating in two shifts.
- Enhanced raw material imports, reaching a monthly volume of 1500 MT.
- Attained ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification for the Por production plant.
2011
Progress
- Implemented an Automatic Cut to Length Machine (SDRI-China) to achieve precise cutting with an automatic stacking feature.
- Implemented a Slitting Machine (SDRI – China) to achieve precise slitting with a maximum width of 1200mm.
2016
Evolution
- Added epoxy flooring to the shop floor.
- Expanded infrastructure by installing 4 additional E.O.T cranes with a capacity of 5 MT each and 2 JIB cranes.
